Overlay, patch, or full replacement: how do we know what we need?
That is the assessment. Boards get sold whatever the bidder prefers to sell. An independent condition review scopes what the pavement actually needs, then every contractor bids that same scope.
Do you handle small concrete repairs too?
Yes. Sidewalk panels, curbs, and trip hazards are bundled into scheduled repair cycles, which cost far less than emergency one-offs and remove standing liability.
