What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned HOA communities and their boards
• Run projects: landscaping, tree work, pressure washing, pool, painting, repairs, capital improvements
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced site visits to verify work against the contracted scope
• Document conditions with photos and written reports; flag issues before they get expensive
• Coordinate vendors and timelines so projects finish on time and on budget

What we look for

• 2+ years in project management, construction, property management, or facilities
• Strong organization and genuine attention to detail
• Comfortable on-site and out in the field across metro Atlanta
• Clear written and verbal communication with boards and residents
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation (daily local travel)

What you will do

• Source, vet, and bid vendor contracts across landscaping, pest, pool, tree, painting, and paving
• Write clear scopes of work that protect the community, not the vendor
• Run competitive bids and give boards apples-to-apples comparisons
• Hold vendors accountable to scope, quality, and timelines; issue formal notices when they fall short
• Track vendor performance and review invoices against verified work before communities pay

What we look for

• 2+ years in vendor management, procurement, contract management, or construction
• Sharp eye for scope, pricing, and quality
• Confident holding contractors accountable in a firm, professional way
• Strong documentation habits and clear communication
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation (daily local travel)
