- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Quote and assessment (audit) requests: the information you enter in those forms, which may include your name, contact details, community or association name, and details about your property or needs.
- Direct communications: any information you include when you email, call, or otherwise contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: when you visit the Site, our analytics tools may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our analytics provider use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and assessment requests;
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;

We do not sell your personal information.
